Privacy notice

This notice explains how Content Beamcore Academy uses personal information when you browse content-beamcore.click, request a seat, attend class, or email the studio.

Information we collect

From the contact form: name, email, programme interest, and the message you type. From email or telephone: the same categories, plus any chart images you attach for a private review. From the classroom: attendance notes so we know who used a seat. If you accept cookies, we store a preference flag in your browser (see the cookie notice).

Why we use it

To answer enrolment requests, confirm dates, take attendance, deliver the post-class chart pack, and keep a record of fees paid at the studio. We do not sell mailing lists.

Legal basis

We use enquiry data to take steps toward a training contract you asked for, and to run the classroom you joined. Cookie preference storage is optional and based on your choice.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted within 12 months. Enrolment records and invoices are kept for seven years for accounting. Chart files sent for a private review are deleted within 90 days after the session unless you ask us to keep them for a booked follow-up.

Sharing

We share details with an accountant if required for tax, and with a payment counterparty only to match a studio payment you already made. We do not place your name on partner marketing lists.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete enquiry data that is not needed for accounting. Write to studio@content-beamcore.click. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand if you have a complaint.

Children

Programmes are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly enrol anyone under 18.
