Refunds and cancellations
This policy applies only to Content Beamcore Academy training: the Support and Resistance Mastery Workshop, Multi-Timeframe Level Mapping, Live Chart Markup Clinic, and Private Level Review. We do not sell shipped goods, software licences, or recorded video libraries, so those models are omitted on purpose.
Who may request a refund
The person named on the confirmation email, using that same address, may request a refund. We do not refund a friend who paid on your behalf unless that payer is named on the confirmation.
Timeframe
Write to studio@content-beamcore.click or telephone 02 941 302871 at least seven full days before the first scheduled classroom hour of the programme you booked. Requests after that window are assessed under the partial and no-show rules below.
Full refund
If we cancel a sitting (instructor illness, building closure, or too few confirmed seats), you receive a full refund of fees paid for that sitting, or a transfer to a later date if you prefer. If you cancel in writing seven or more days before the first hour, you receive a full refund minus any bank transfer cost we actually incurred returning the money.
Partial refund
If you cancel between six days and 24 hours before the first hour, we refund 50% of the programme fee. The retained half covers a seat we cannot reliably refill and preparation already done (printed packs ordered for your name).
Non-refundable items
Once a printed chart pack or highlighter set has been issued to you in the room, those materials are non-refundable even if you leave at the first break. Private review pre-read time is non-refundable if you cancel inside 24 hours after we have already opened your submitted charts.
Process
Email the programme name, date, and the account name used to pay the studio. We confirm the calculation in writing. We do not process refunds through the website form.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the same method you used to pay the studio, usually within ten working days after we accept the request. Cash payments made at the desk are refunded in cash at the studio by appointment, or by bank transfer if you provide an account in the same name.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may ask once to move to a later published sitting of the same programme, at no extra fee, if you write seven or more days ahead and that later sitting has a seat. A second move is treated as a cancellation under the partial rule. We do not reschedule into a different programme without treating the original fee as credit minus any price difference.
Deposits
When a confirmation email asks for a deposit to hold a mastery weekend seat, that deposit is applied to the balance. It is refundable on the same timetable as the full fee. We do not take deposits for Saturday clinics unless a confirmation email expressly says so.
No-shows
If you do not attend and did not write to us before the session starts, the fee is forfeit. We will not keep a ghost seat for the second Saturday of a mastery workshop if you missed the first without notice; the second day is not a stand-alone product.
Work already started
After the projector is on and attendance is taken, the session underway is not refundable. For the two-Saturday mastery workshop, missing day two after attending day one does not create a 50% refund of the whole fee; day one includes the pack and the method that day two applies.
Exceptions
If a medical emergency or documented travel shutdown prevents attendance, we will offer a transfer to the next equivalent sitting or a full refund at our discretion after you send supporting documents. This is the only exception we advertise. Bad trading results after class are not a ground for refund: the service is instruction, not a performance contract.
