Terms of enrolment

These terms apply to classroom programmes, clinics, and private reviews offered by Content Beamcore Academy at Lardyao Chatuchak, Bangkok, 10900. By requesting a seat and later paying the studio as instructed in our confirmation email, you agree to this page.

What we provide

We provide technical analysis training focused on support and resistance: instruction, printed or digital chart packs described for each programme, and critique of your marking. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage, portfolio management, trade execution, or guaranteed results.

Enrolment

A request submitted through the website is an enquiry. A place is held only when we send written confirmation and you pay the fee by the method named in that email. Fees published on programme pages are informational.

Your responsibilities

Arrive on time, treat other students’ screens and notes as private, and do not record the session without prior written permission. You are responsible for your own trading decisions after class.

Conduct

We may ask you to leave a session, without a scene, if you harass staff or students, persistently disrupt the projector work, or attempt to solicit others into unrelated paid signal groups. Fees in that case follow the refund page where a session has already begun.

Materials

Chart packs and checklists are licensed to you for personal study. You may not copy them for resale or for running your own competing classroom without a separate written licence.

Liability

To the extent Thai law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or equipment you bring. Our liability for a programme you paid for is limited to the fee paid for that programme, except where law forbids a limit (for example, injury caused by our negligence on the premises).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes that cannot be resolved with the studio should be brought in the courts of Bangkok.
